Processing Time

Processing time differs from product to product. Some in-stock items can be shipped out within 48 hours, Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification to your email address notifying you of your tracking details and projected delivery date.

 

Important: It's worth mentioning that on occasion, transactions may take additional time to be received by our bank, leading to extended processing periods. Transactions may require up to 24-48 hours to be processed into our bank account. Shipping will commence once we have confirmation that the funds have been successfully deposited.

 

 

Do I need to pay customs duties?

Please note that the prices of our products do not include customs duties.

The customer is solely responsible for paying all import taxes, customs duties, excise fees, and any other governmental charges related to their order. If applicable, such fees are typically paid directly to your local customs authority or postal service upon delivery.

Please be aware that you may incur customs duties and taxes on your purchase, but these fees are not collected or calculated by icymob.com.

Not every shipment is subject to customs charges – this depends on your country, the order value, and the type of product.

If the customer refuses to pay the customs charges, the package may be returned to the sender or held by customs authorities. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

In the case of returned shipments, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees and return fees assessed.

Can I edit or change my order after purchasing?

We are unable to cancel or edit an order after it’s been placed, as they are sent to manufacturing within minutes of being placed. We can't make adjustments to any items that are already in manufacturing.
